Taking the ancient art of cooking over wood fires We’ll be delivering a 5 course, 12 seat experience over fire, and street food inside a tipi on Londons Southbank this winter.
Diners enjoy the theatre of the kitchen whilst sitting around a circular bar with everyone's focus being drawn to the stunning cast iron wood fired BBQ.
Experienced chefs prepare, cook, and serve food directly to diners – allowing all guests to interact with the person who had created their meal - the ultimate chefs table.
The restaurant will focus on showcasing the best of British cuisine with an assurance that all food will be cooked over a wood fire (no smoke or mirrors).
There will be a daily changing menu and this is only available for a limited run this November and December.
