The exclusive restaurant at the BBQ Club features a tasting menu which invites guests to baste and grill dishes alongside their chef before being grilled on their very own Big Green Egg BBQ built into the centre of the table. Jimmy Garcia and his team of chefs will guide you through a refined and interactive six course tasting menu, including dishes such as ‘The Queenie Scallop’ paired with coal baked cauliflower, hazelnut crumb and pickled red onion petals or the Lamb Cutlet with salsa verde, charred tenderstem broccoli and Sicilian anchovies. And what better way to finish the evening than melting marshmallows for smores over your tabletop embers!
You are also welcome to help yourselves to summertime tipples from a rooftop Bar, serving refreshing gin concoctions, ‘good wine’ and ‘great wine’ all against the backdrop of stunning views of the river Thames.
